For A Long Time I Found Myself Battling Depression And Never Knew What To Do. I Sought The Help Of Doctors And Medicines And Nothing Seemed To Work.
It Wasn’t Until I Started Diving Into Personal Development And Meditation That I Realized Its All Battling Thoughts. Thoughts That Aren’t Even Our Own Can Bring Us Down Fast And That Was My Struggle.
In Todays World It’s Easy To Find Yourself Getting Aggravated And Questioning The Sanity Of Life In General. I Found Myself Questioning A Lot Of Things.
The One Question That Changed My Life For The Best Was “Does It Need To Be Like This Forever?”
The Answer Is ABSOLUTELY NOT!
That Is When I Started Learning All About Personal Development Through Reading And Courses On Mindset, Meditation And All Aspects Of Mindfulness. This Was A Little Over 5 Years Ago Now.
