Do The Things You Love

Do You Realize How Destructive The Word “No” Is? This Is A Word We All Hear A Million Times A Day And We Should Never Have To. I Understand That There Are Certain Things Using Judgement Would Determine “Incorrect” It Just Doesn’t Mean We Can’t Do It. 

The Power Of Words Is Beyond What You Currently Think. 

What If I Told You That Every Single Thing You Hear And That You Tell Yourself, Truly Does Decide What Kind Of Life You Are Going To Live? Would You Still Say ” I Can’t Do This Or That, ” Or Would You Say ” You Know What, Even If It Is Difficult I’m Going To Do It. “

That Is The Story We Live In, Where We Can Control Our Own Destiny By Thinking About The Words We Listen To And Use. Your Subconscious Mind Is Designed To Pick Up Every Single Little Detail That You Witness Throughout Each Day. There Is Enough Negativity In The World Without Ourselves Adding To It. I Am Guilty Of Saying ” I Can’t Do That ” Or ” I Don’t Have Enough Time ” Or My Favorite One ” I’ll Do It Later Or Tomorrow. “

Though The Last Two Examples Were More Procrastination ( Which We Will Discuss Later ) They Are Still Feeding Our Mind Negative Unnecessary Thoughts. All We Are Is Made Up Of Time, We Have A Set Clock On This Earth And Most Of Us Do Take It For Granted. Start To Change The Vocabulary That You’re Currently Using, Or If You’re On The Right Track With What You’re Saying… Say It More Frequently. 

The Key To Success Is A Strong Vocabulary. 

I’m Not Saying That In Order To Be Successful You Need To Be A Master Of All Words. I Am Telling You That You Need To Focus On The Positive Words And Even When You Get Frustrated Find The Best Part Of The Moment. Whether It Be A Lesson Learned Or You Just Say Im Grateful That The Worst Is Over. Define Your Experience In Positive Words. Try To Flip The Switch. 

If You Consistently Feed Your Mind Healthy Positive Thoughts And Emotions, You Will Start To Build What I Call “Mental Stamina.” Many People Name This Differently, But I Choose To Think Of Getting My Mind At Optimum Performace Over The Longest Duration Possible. 

Say Things Like ” I Am Doing Great, I Finished One Of My Daily Goals. ” ” I Am So Excited Because I Have This Afternoon Of Craziness, But I Welcome The Challenge. ” These Kind Of Mental Frames Or Thought Patterns When Vocally Expelled Into The Universe, Cause The Universe To Draw These Emotions To You. If You Use These Types Of Re- Frames Your Life Will Improve. 

If You Say, ” I’m Not Worthy, I Didn’t Do Enough And This Day Is Terrible. ” It Is Going To Be Terrible And Remain That Way. If You Say ” This Afternoon At Work Is Going To Be Hellacious, I Am So Annoyed. ” First Off, No One Knows How Good Or Bad Their Day Will Be, Second, You’d Be Setting Yourself Up For Failure. 

The Key Here Is To Always Build Yourself Up, Never Tear Yourself Down. Words Can Do Both, Choose To Use Them Wisely And For Your Benefit. 

Procrastination 

DON’T DO IT !!! Procrastination Is The Death Of All Successes. If You Think Its Simple I Can Do It In 5 Minutes But I Don’t Feel Like It Right Now. 5 Minutes Is 5 Minutes Today Or Tomorrow And Chances Are You Only Say It’s Simple So You Don’t Feel Bad Skipping It. That Was My Biggest Guilty Issue Right There. Just Finish Your Goals For The Day And Don’t Quit Until You Do Otherwise You’re Truly Only Failing Yourself. 

Take Your Time And Finish All Of Your Daily Plans, You Do Not Want To Fall Into A ” Tomorrow Cycle. ” That Cycle Only Spins One Way And It Never Spins In Your Favor.

Set Daily Goals. EVERY DAY !

As I Have Been Mentioning With Procrastination And A Great Vocabulary, You Read The Words.. Daily, Goals, Grateful, And Consistent Many Times Already.  These Are Important Words And What Is More Important Is That You Implement These Words Into Your Daily Practice. Life Is A Game That Is Meant To Be Played And Every Game Requires Practice Before Success. 

Every Night Before You Go To Bed Write Yourself A Well Organized Task List Or Goal List. I Prefer To Use The Term Goal List, Because It Truly Adds A Level Of Integrity Into Your Tasks. You Can Write These Out Either On A Piece Of Paper, Or Use A Text Editor Like Notepad Or Microsoft Word. 

I Like To Use A Notepad File And Add To It Every Single Day. Make Your Goals In Two Steps. The Main Goal, And All The Smaller Goals That Will Complete Your Big Goal. 

Example – Main Goal – Manifest My Dream Life. Mini- Goal #1 Sign Up For Newsletters On Manifestation ( Free, Easy, Great Results. ) Mini Goal #2 Apply Principles Taught In Newsletter. Keep Going From There And You Will See Your Days Turn Into Success Stories.
